About this plugin
Ginnobot AI Chatbot allows WordPress website owners to integrate the Ginnobot AI chatbot service into their websites.
After installing the plugin, enter your Chatbot Key in the plugin settings. The plugin loads the hosted chatbot widget on your website.
The chatbot can be trained using documents, website URLs, FAQs, and other supported content available in your Ginnobot account.

How it works
- Create a chatbot in your Ginnobot dashboard
- Train it — upload PDFs, add website URLs, paste text or FAQs
- Copy the Chatbot Key (starts with cn_live_... )
- Paste the key in the plugin settings and save
- Your chatbot is live on every page of your WordPress site
Service information

- https://ginnobot.ai/chatbot/widget.js — loads the chat UI (only when a chatbot key is configured)
- https://ginnobot.ai/api/v1/chat/* — processes messages when a visitor sends one
No data is sent to external servers unless a visitor opens and interacts with the chatbot widget. By using this plugin you agree to the Ginnobot Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
