About this plugin
Generate easy invoices for WooCommerce. VIES VAT number validation and VAT number field. Translatable invoice – make an invoice in any language.
First go to WordPress Dashboard -> Invoice and set the values. Then open an order, add an invoice number (or use the suggested one) and download the invoice. The plugin is not intended for Saudi Arabia and there is no VAT validation for Saudi Arabia.
Works with the classic and the block (Cart & Checkout blocks) checkout.
Compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).
VAT number field with VIES validation (no SOAP extension needed).
Invoice numbers with duplicate protection, suggested next number and optional automatic numbering.
Choose for which order statuses invoices can be created.
Shipping, fees and discounts are listed on the invoice.
Attach invoice PDF buttons to the orders list.
Create your own template: copy templates/invoice.php to yourtheme/invoice-for-woocommerce/invoice.php.
Download the PDF invoice.
Translatable – Bulgarian translation included.
Security
Invoice files are stored with unguessable names and the folder is protected for Apache, Nginx and IIS.
Downloads require a logged-in shop manager/administrator and a valid security token.
The PDF engine (Dompdf 3.1) runs with remote file access and PHP disabled.
