Ni WooCommerce Invoice creates clean, professional PDF invoices for WooCommerce orders in one click. Open the order list, find the order and click the PDF icon to download its invoice.
Add your store logo, an authorised signature and your brand color, choose sequential invoice numbers with a prefix and suffix such as INV-0001/2026, and add footer notes like bank details, a thank-you message or your GST / VAT number. Every invoice shows billing and shipping addresses, products with SKU and variation details, discounts, fees, shipping, tax, refunds and the order total.

PDF invoice features
- One-click PDF invoice download – a PDF button on every order in the order list.
- Modern invoice design – header with logo and store name, a Paid / Due badge, Bill To and Ship To blocks and a highlighted total.
- Store logo and signature – both optional, chosen from the Media Library, with an editable signature caption such as “Authorised Signatory”.
- Invoice color – 9 preset colors or any custom color to match your brand.
- Sequential invoice numbers – use the WooCommerce order number or an automatic sequence (1, 2, 3…), with prefix, suffix, minimum digits and date tags {Y} {y} {m} {d}.
- Fixed invoice number and date – saved on the order the first time, so re-downloading always shows the same invoice.
- Complete order totals – line items with SKU and variations, coupons, fees, shipping, every tax rate, refunds and net total.
- Paper sizes – Letter, A4, Legal and A5.
- All currencies – prints symbols such as ₹, €, £ and ¥ correctly.
- Footer notes – thank-you message, bank details, return policy or tax number, with basic HTML.
- Store address – taken from your WooCommerce settings.
- Preview invoice – check your design from the settings page before sending.
WooCommerce order list features
- Summary cards – number of orders, total sales and average order value for the selected filters.
- Filters – order number, customer name, email or phone, order status and date range.
- Date ranges – today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month, this year, all time or a custom range.
- Sorting and pagination – sort by order or date and show 10, 20, 50 or 100 orders per page.
- Status badges in WooCommerce colors and a quick link to edit each order.
