About this plugin
NeoLite Review Customizer is a lightweight, zero-bloat plugin that helps you customize the appearance and behavior of your WooCommerce review section to better match your brand, build customer trust, and encourage more product reviews.
Whether you want to personalize the Reviews tab, modernize the review experience, or protect customer privacy, NeoLite Review Customizer makes it simple with an intuitive settings page.
Why Choose NeoLite Review Customizer?
Product reviews are one of the most influential factors in a customer’s buying decision. A well-designed review section builds credibility, increases engagement, and can improve conversion rates.
Instead of relying on WooCommerce’s default review interface, customize it to reflect your brand and create a more engaging shopping experience.
Features
Customize Review Star Color
Replace WooCommerce’s default yellow rating stars with a color that matches your brand for a consistent, professional look.
Rename the Reviews Tab
Change the default “Reviews” tab to a custom label such as Customer Reviews, Testimonials, Wall of Love, or any title that fits your store.
Customize the Empty Review Call-to-Action
Replace the default “Be the first to review {Product Name}” form heading with your own custom call-to-action when a product has no reviews yet. Supports {product_name} placeholder.
Examples:
* Be the first to review {product_name}!
* Share your experience and help other shoppers.
* Write the first review and earn loyalty points!
Hide Review Dates
Optionally remove review dates to keep your review section looking clean and timeless.
Protect Customer Privacy
Display reviewer names in a privacy-friendly format by showing only the first name and last initial (for example, John D. ) instead of the full name.
Works Alongside NeoGrow
Runs happily next to NeoGrow: this plugin customizes the review experience, while NeoGrow — on its own — can reward customers with loyalty points for their product reviews. No configuration links the two; each works independently.
