TrackLogy for WooCommerce connects your store to TrackLogy so every shipment is tracked automatically and delivery updates flow straight back into WooCommerce. Add a tracking number to an order and TrackLogy takes care of the rest: it identifies the carrier, follows the shipment across its journey, and pushes status changes back to the order — as order notes, status transitions, and customer notifications. Key features One-click store connection — securely connect from the WooCommerce admin. No manual API keys to copy; the connection is authorized through your TrackLogy account. Add tracking from the order screen — a dedicated tracking box on each order lets you add a tracking number, pick a carrier, and send it to TrackLogy immediately. Multi-carrier support — choose from TrackLogy’s supported carriers, or enter any custom carrier name. Real-time tracking updates — TrackLogy pushes shipment status changes to your store via secure, signed webhooks. Shipments dashboard — monitor every tracked shipment, filter by status or carrier, and export to CSV. Automation — optionally send tracking to TrackLogy automatically when an order reaches a chosen status, and mark orders shipped/completed. Carrier mapping — map your own shipping method names to TrackLogy carriers. Compatible storage — tracking numbers are stored in the standard _wc_shipment_tracking_items order meta, so themes and plugins that already read that data work out of the box. HPOS compatible — works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage. A TrackLogy account is required. Tracking and notification features are provided by the TrackLogy service. External services This plugin connects to the TrackLogy service to provide shipment tracking. Connection / approval: https://my.tracklogy.com — used to authorize the connection between your store and your TrackLogy account. Tracking API: https://api.tracklogy.com — the plugin sends shipment details (tracking number, carrier, order id/number, and customer name, email, phone and address for delivery notifications) to create and track shipments.
