The plugin helps online stores offer a clear withdrawal entry point, guide customers through the submission process and manage incoming withdrawal requests directly inside WordPress and WooCommerce.
Customers can verify their order, submit a withdrawal request and receive an email confirmation with an optional PDF confirmation. Store owners receive admin notifications, WooCommerce order notes and a central backend overview for processing submitted withdrawals.

Directive (EU) 2023/2673 introduces requirements around an electronic withdrawal function, often referred to as a withdrawal button.

Privacy

No withdrawal data is transmitted to external servers by default.
Emails are sent using the standard WordPress and WooCommerce mail systems.
PDF confirmations, if enabled, are generated and stored within the WordPress installation.
