Repository metrics are context, not quality scores. Active installations measure adoption and can strongly reflect a plugin’s age and historical popularity. Ratings, recent updates and “Tested up to” metadata also do not guarantee modern code, error-free operation, security, feature completeness or suitability for a particular site. Why active installs don’t tell the whole story →

WP PlugIndex currently records Bluvia – A/B Testing & CRO Tool version 1.4.4.7 as active, updated 3d ago and tested up to WordPress 7.1.

Overview

About this plugin

Bluvia – A/B Testing & CRO Tool lets you run split tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments directly on your WordPress site. Unlike cloud-based competitors, all experiment data — variants, views, conversions, and results — is stored in your own WordPress database and never leaves your site. The core plugin makes no external requests of its own.

Why Bluvia?

  • Unlimited experiments — no limit on the number of experiments you can create or archive
  • No visitor-based limits — track as much traffic as your site receives
  • Local data storage — experiment data, results, and variant content stay in your own WordPress database
  • Privacy-friendly — designed with privacy in mind, with configurable cookie consent integration

  • No names or email addresses are collected — only behavioral and technical signals. The core plugin sends no visitor data off your server

Premium Features

Bluvia Premium is a separate add-on, free with a registered Bluvia account. Some features need a paid plan.

  • More Experiment Types (Free): go beyond single pages and posts. Compare page templates, whole themes, WordPress patterns, and sidebar widgets, or test custom CSS and JavaScript across your entire site. Every type is set up in the same test editor you already know.
  • Heatmaps and Session Recordings (Free): see what the numbers can’t tell you. Heatmaps show where visitors click, scroll maps show how far down the page they get, and session recordings let you replay real visits, variant by variant, from the results page.
  • Scheduling and Automation (Paid): set a test to start and stop on the dates you choose, or start a scheduled test early with one click. Automated cleanup removes old test data for you, so your database stays lean without manual work.
