External Services
This plugin connects to the chatpod ai platform to provide AI chat functionality. The following external services are used:
chatpod ai Backend API
- Service: chatpod ai API ( https://api.chatpod-ai.com )
- Purpose: Fetches widget configuration, processes AI chat conversations, logs cart events, and handles automation webhooks (order events, status changes)
- Data sent: Store URL, cart operations, order details (email, items, totals), WooCommerce session IDs. For a visitor who is signed in to your site, the chat request also carries a signed token describing them: their WordPress user ID, display name, email address and roles, and — if LearnDash is active — the titles and completion percentage of the courses they are enrolled in. Nothing is sent for logged-out visitors, and the whole behaviour can be switched off in the plugin settings (“Recognise signed-in users”).

Analytics
- Service: Mixpanel ( https://cdn.mxpnl.com )
- Purpose: Collects anonymous widget usage metrics (e.g. widget opens, searches) to power analytics in your chatpod ai dashboard
- Data sent: Widget usage events
- When: When the chat widget is loaded on front-end pages
