About this plugin
Sennto adds a floating chat widget that answers visitors using Claude AI by Anthropic, in your brand voice and in the site language. It draws on your real content: posts, pages and WooCommerce products with variations and prices, plus external URLs or feeds you choose.

Contacts and a booking link, offered when relevant.

API key stays on the server, never exposed on the front end.
Third-Party Services
This plugin connects to the Anthropic API (Claude) to generate AI responses. When the widget is enabled and an API key is configured, the visitor messages and the site context selected as knowledge are transmitted over HTTPS to Anthropic’s servers on each chat message, to generate the reply. This service is provided by Anthropic, PBC.
